What We’ll Do

This introductory workshop has been put together with the hopes to educate as many people as possible to the importance of understanding their grief, emotional healing, and how they can get started. Through this 1 – 2 hour session we will dive into what grief is and why it is important to understand, how to recognize when you are grieving, the myths and lies we’ve learned about grief, how to handle someone else who is grieving, why we might believe there’s no healing from it, and, of course, some steps we will take during this time to help you get started.

This experience can help those who struggle to come out of their shell. During emotionally troubling times we often isolate ourselves and find it challenging to find the courage to become comfortable in social environments. I am hoping this workshop can help participant to begin feeling more comfortable to the idea of other experiences they may be too nervous to participate in.

Meet your host, Kayla Simbirski

Kayla has been an entrepreneur as a Yoga instructor, Fitness & Nutrition Expert, Grief Recovery Specialist and has been using her expertise to help people lose weight long term, exercise intelligently, find inner peace and wisdom. It is her mission to help as many people as possible to heal their heart, mind, and body so they can live with great courage, as pain free as possible, and with minimal to no need for unnecessary products and/or medications. “I’ve always been of the mind that the body comes first before I became a Grief Recovery Specialist. Through this training I’ve learned just how powerful healing the heart truly is. From lifting the burden of my own grief from losing my mother unexpectedly as a young child, I’ve been able to live life in a much more fulfilling and loving way – for myself, my family, and others I care for and support. I can’t begin to explain how important this work is. We have a saying that all relationships are unique and therefore all grief is unique and very valid. I hope you choose to enter this workshop as a small steppingstone towards healing your heart, and I am so very honored to have the opportunity to introduce you to the realm of possibilities that await you.”
