Join Sylvie for a Stand-Up Paddle Board Yoga experience at Hersey Lake in Timmins. Find your balance, stay healthy and have fun on the water this summer with a SUP Yoga Session. The session starts with an on land orientation then we take to the water for a mindful movement practice as we enjoy the natural beauty of Northern Ontario. You’ll have the opportunity to challenge yourself while having fun.
SUP Yoga is all about going with the flow. With this in mind, every session is tailored to your and the groups experience levels. We are also at the mercy of the elements and plans may change accordingly. You will have photos to make sure you have memories of your experience to take with you.
No paddling or yoga experience needed. This experience is for everyone, however, you will want to make sure you know how to swim or are comfortable being in the water.
