Take the time to explore the boreal forest this winter with snowshoe yoga. You’ll start your adventure with a mindful snowshoe walk in the woods with yoga session breaks in between ending our session with a hot tea under the stars. You’ll take the time to explore movement and breath with a guided yoga practice that will allow you to wake up your senses and take in the beauty of winter.
Snowshoeing is fun, easy and relaxing – paired with yoga for added playfulness and relaxation in the woods. Rentals are available through the Porcupine Ski Runners – just add it to your event ticket checkout. No experience is necessary just an open mind and a willingness to explore the outdoors.
