Paddle The North Beginner
Paddle the Upper Pivabiska River. Experience flat water canoeing, whitewater canoeing and portaging in the North. The Upper Pivabiska River is a short day trip that gives you the full canoeing experience for beginners. Learn paddling techniques before embarking on the river, have fun putting those techniques in practice while running a few rapids and get your muscles ready for the small portage over a cute waterfall. Prepare to fall in love with canoeing.

Paddle The North Moderate
Paddle the Mattawishkwia River, The river that flows through the heart of our beautiful city, and fall in love with rapids while you go with the flow. During this day trip, you will experience rapids at their best on the Mattawishkwia River. This river has all classes of rapids to give you the right amount of adrenaline. We will be running rapids right in town! How amazing! We will be starting south of Hearst and ending north of the town. Experience in whitewater is recommended or you have to be ready to learn and put it into practice.

Paddle The North Advanced
Paddle the Missinaibi River from Mattice to Skunk Island. Experience a beautiful part of the river with more challenging rapids.This historic part of the Missinaibi is truly beautiful and powerful. Paddling on this river is an honour. The river was used by the Anishinaabe and the Voyageurs, and was a connection between Lake Superior and James Bay. This river is truly amazing. On this trip we will face all levels of rapids up to a CIII, so get ready to put your whitewater skills in practice. We also get to see Kettle Falls. This trip is a big day (Approx. 32km). We recommend some whitewater experience.
