Meet your host, Linda Nardilli Morrin

Ciao! I'm Linda Nardilli Morrin, a second generation Canadian of Italian immigrants. Born and raised in Toronto, I relocated to the North Bay area over 30 years ago. Preparing and eating Italian food is second nature to me (probably genetic!). I was blessed to learn the love of cooking in the Italian style from my nonnas (Italian for grandmothers) and my own mother. When I retired early, I made the decision to share my passion of Italian cooking with others. And that's when the idea for my food business Pasta Hostess was created. Continuing the tradition of tasting the love made in the food. I am meticulous about food safety and I have my Food Handler Certification and follow COVID safety food protocols.
