Intro To Pasta Making:
Basic pasta making with helpful hints along the way. Includes a couple of appetizers, a meal of home made pasta and sugo (Nonna’s recipe for sauce), followed by strawberry sorbet. Take home some pasta and sauce, and a folder with all of the recipes used.
Filled & Flavorful Pasta:
Enjoy an appetizer of ‘Italian Flags’. Create colourful pasta and make pasta filled with a variety of ingredients including, ricotta, spinach, roasted red peppers & butternut squash. Share a Cannelloni meal, and lemon custard topped with berries. Keep a collection of all the recipes.
Learn to make crostata al formaggio e pomodoro (cheese/tomato tart) and gnudi alle bietole (potato-less gnocchi). Share a meal together, which features barley risotto, stuffed peppers and tomatoes & Italian bean salad. Finish it all off with espresso custard and almond-anise seed biscotti. A collection of all the recipes is provided.
By the end of your experience with Linda, you will have the skills and confidence to make your own traditional italian meal, and a full belly! Linda also does a draw for a prize at the end of the experience.
