It’s an opportunity to connect to your intuition and your whole being through your skin using simple and natural ingredients found in nature, free from harsh chemicals, fillers and irritants. In this online experience, I will guide through choosing ingredients you can find in your fridge + pantry that suit your unique skin type + condition. Together we will combine ingredients to make a healing face mask and learn how to apply and remove it.

I will guide you through an easy routine of facial acupressure that you can turn to anytime you feel stress, pressure or just need a moment of self-loving. Learning simple skincare rituals that you can do at home teaches you how to have a mindful presence and how to slow down in this spinning world.

I will share information on the benefits of natural skincare ingredients over synthetics and how they benefit YOU the individual as well as The Planet as a whole, showing that skincare doesn’t have to be complicated or hard, that it’s about more than just lotions + potions, and that it’s not one-size-fits-all. A smaller, more intimate group size allows for connecting through discussion + curiosity and for all voices to be heard.

Items Needed
Arrive with a cleansed face and hair pulled back, wearing a top with an open neck that they are okay with getting a little dirty.

Have the following ingredients from your pantry handy plus a bowl of warm water with a facecloth + towel and your favourite face serum, oil or moisturizer.

- Plain yogurt
- Lemon/lemon juice
- Honey
- Cocoa powder or matcha tea powder
- Egg white
- Avocado or banana
- Olive oil
- Oat flour or rolled oats
