Hike and Heal
She takes you through Forest Therapy, also known as “Shinrin-Yoku,” which refers to the Japanese practice of spending time in Nature for the purpose of enhancing health, wellness, and happiness. She will help you to awaken your senses to deepen your connection to yourself and the forest. You will practice slow deep breathing exercises that enable more air flow into your body and can help to reduce anxiety and improve attention span. She will guide you through meditation that focuses on awareness and mindfulness. By making friends with stillness and presence, we learn that here and now is much more satisfying than we expected.

Sound has a great influence on our emotions and health and can help us feel happy, energized and relaxed.
