Group Stand-Up Paddle Board Yoga & Adventure
Find your balance, stay healthy and have fun on the water this summer with a Paddle Board Yoga Experience. The session starts with an on land orientation then we take to the water with a mindful movement practice that will allow you to become comfortable on the board followed by a casual paddle while we enjoy the natural beauty of Northern Ontario.
The SUP experience is about living in the moment and going with the flow. With this in mind, every session is tailored to your experience and comfort level. You'll have the opportunity to challenge yourself while having fun. I will take photos to make sure you have memories of your experience to take with you.
This group paddle board experience is great for a bachelorette party, a birthday celebration, a corporate team building activity, or a gathering of family and/or friends
No paddling or yoga experience needed. This experience is for everyone, however, you will want to make sure you know how to swim or are comfortable being in the water.
