Ingredients:
Classic Crepes with maple syrup:
1 cup flour
1 egg local
1 cup of milk
Maple syrup
oil or lard for frying

Maple Crusted Trout:
1 trout filet whole or cut into 6 pieces
1/4 unsalted butter, melted
1/4 cup maple syrup
2 tablespoons Dijon whole grain mustard
2 tablespoons soy or tamari

Maple Cappuccino:
1/2 cup fill fat milk
1 tablespoon maple syrup
1 cup of espresso brewers or cold coffee
