101 Experiences COVID-19 Vaccination Policy

The COVID-19 pandemic is an unprecedented global health crisis. The team at 101 Experiences is committed to ensuring that everyone feels safe and comfortable participating in our experiences. We are continuously monitoring advice from the province’s public health officials to make decisions concerning the Covid-19 pandemic.

During the third wave of the pandemic, we made the decision to delay in-person experiences in favour of a virtual experience campaign. Given the progress of the vaccination campaign and decline in Covid-19 cases and hospitalizations, we were able to safely launch many in-person experiences this summer.

Following the announcement that non-essential services will only be accessible with proof of vaccination, we ask that our hosts and guests continue to comply with the federal and provincial government’s regulations around Covid-19. As of September 2021, proof of vaccination will be required in select settings in Ontario, focusing on high-risk indoor public settings including restaurants and bars, meeting and event spaces, sporting events, facilities used for sports and fitness activities including gyms, casinos, concerts, theatres and cinemas.

For those hosting and booking through Airbnb Experiences, you are encouraged to use their Health and Safety Attestation Tool. This will enable hosts to request that guests attest they are clear of COVID-19 symptoms and have not recently been exposed to the disease.

Guests and hosts should not attend an experience if they are actively infected, have recently tested positive or been exposed to COVID-19, or are showing any symptoms.
