This a Canadian signature culinary experience designed to give you a taste of the Boreal. It is served lake-side, meant for those who are curious about ancient outdoor cooking and want to try local freshness.
You can interact with me as we cook one of the following to wrap in bannock or accompany with wild rice:
-Thinly sliced and skewered bison tenderloin, quickly braised over coals.
-Wild boar meatballs slowly simmered and covered in balsamic glaze.
-Rabbit & roots stew or sauteed duck in hickory sauce royale.
These will engage your senses like nothing else you’ve tried before.

Meet your host, Angel Champion
Tawow - Welcome to the land of the Cree and my neck of the woods in Canada's Boreal forest. I am Angel, 35 yrs. old, born and raised in Timmins amidst the great outdoors. I’m the Head Hostess at WildExodus where it is important for us to do things in a good way. I am passionate about creating harmony with nature and being on the land (hosting, cooking, entertaining).
I also love making new friends and learning about peoples and their unique customs.
