The experience is a lively and fun workout through Bollywood dance and music. I will tell you briefly about myself and how I come to love dancing. We will talk about your experience of dancing or lack of thereof.
The experience starts with basic steps, then we practice one or two steps and then dance with the music. More steps will be introduced gradually as the workout continues. Then we will cool down and finish it with refreshing Indian drink. Participants will go home energized, refreshed and with new appreciation for Bollywood. No prior dance experience is required.
